I’m a Computational Biologist and Bioinformatician with a foundation in molecular biology and a growing focus on machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL). My research integrates multi-omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and epigenomics) with ML/DL approaches to better understand infectious and non-infectious diseases, particularly those disproportionately affecting low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).
I’m passionate about using data-driven methods to make advanced bioinformatics and AI tools more inclusive and impactful, especially for populations often underserved by current technologies.
