Right now, for the tooltip, all times are shifted if shift-down/shift-up
actions are used. But it really only makes sense for this to apply to
the {calendar} replacement, so use shiftedNow there and now for all
the rest.

Right now, for the tooltip, all times are shifted if shift-down/shift-up actions are used. But it really only makes sense for this to apply to the {calendar} replacement, so use
shiftedNowthere andnowfor all the rest.Because of this I didn't consider a config option. Should anyone miss the old (I'm inclined to say broken) behaviour, I'm happy to add one in the future. ;)
