This repository contains the scripts used to produce the data of scAgeCom, our "Murine Atlas of Age-related Changes in Intercellular Communication" (Nature Aging paper). The complete 58 datasets are publicly available as R rds files on figshare.

Data have been generated by combining our R package scDiffCom with scRNA-seq data from Tabula Muris Senis and the Murine aging cell atlas.

All results are also available online as a shiny app: scagecom.org. The code of the app is available here.
