[P1] Lowercase website anchor fragments
The updated breakout links now point to anchors like #1---Defining-Tipping-Points-And-Transformation. MkDocs/GitHub slug IDs are generated in lowercase, and fragment identifiers are case-sensitive, so the capitalized fragments here will not match the actual section IDs on the page. Users clicking these rows will land at the top of the page instead of the specific breakout group. Use lowercase slugs (for example #1---defining-tipping-points-and-transformation) for each link.
