Assuming H-UPPAAL is installed in /usr/local/h-uppaal/, the program will attempt to place the user-owned "Project root" in that same installation folder. This is unexpected and against the usual convention of placing such directories in the users home folder. (/home/user/H-UPPAAL or C:\Users\User\H-UPPAAL)

As a comparison, the JetBrains products Rider and PyCharm place their project roots in the home folder as such:

This pull request places the H-UPPAAL project root in the users home folder, as shown below:

Java bug #4787931 https://bugs.java.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4787931 should now be fixed so this should no longer be an issue when using windows with an "enterprisesetup".
