1. Install dependencies: npm ci
2. Create a .env.local with the variables described below.
3. Run dev server: npm run dev

• MAILCHIMP_KEY - Mailchimp API key (for subscribe example)
• MAILCHIMP_LIST_ID - Mailchimp audience/list id
• AGE_PROVIDER_SECRET - Secret for age verification provider webhook
• NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL - https://daxgigandet.com (for canonical links)

Deploy to Vercel for easiest setup. Add env vars in Vercel dashboard.
