Since it's fully isolated and most nodes won't be running with it - LGTM. Good to have these fixes make it into the stable release tomorrow, so Ocean from 4.2.0 is still usable. |

Summary
skip_serializing_noneacross Ocean RPCs. Fixes an issue where predicates where checking explicitly forundefined./rpcendpoint, in line with LW requirements.
