This new CLI only works on Linux. I tried compiling it using MSVC too, but the source code isn't very compatible.

I've added instructions to the README.md on how to statically compile shaders using the CLI. It uses the GFD writing code from Decaf to serialize the pixel shaders and vertex shaders to a .gsh file.

GCC got updated to change its include behavior. These changes will make it compile again.

The crash at exit would happen if any `GLSL_CompileVertexShader` were run at any point. It happened regardless of whether the shader was freed.
