This update implementes a hotfix for Windows systems, as v1.9.0 included a variety of problems (NOT related to data security), which rendered the app unable to launch and/or fail to show PDFs and play video file attachments. Fixes:

• Manually packing the msvcp140.dll library from the latest VC++ Redistributable into the Windows bundle to provide global compatibility.
• Windows installer now always includes all generated files.
• Windows file attachment deletion operations fixed.
• Using localhost instead of 127.0.0.1 for media file playback on Windows.
