This commit cleans up the `ramble workspace info` command by migrating a lot of the logic to other classes (namely application.py and software_environments.py). Additionally, it cleans up the coloring by using the new ramble.util.colors utility.

This merge adds a standardized utility for coloring various text output, and it cleans up the workspace info command by moving printing logic into the relevant classes.
