Because i couldn't find a working Blp viewer and I decided to make my own with python.
Yes the program is fully safe. She is scanned with VirusTotal but if you wish you can scan the program yourself.
The Program is publiced in the WoW Modding Community and you can Download it from there.

The Old Versions are accessible only in the Github "Release" Page, of course not every patch will be available, only the versions with integer numbers, for example, BlpV1 and the newest BlpV2
