rTorrent Client Support: Added support for rTorrent client. rTorrent connects via XMLRPC. Because rTorrent does not support file renaming, enable_linking must be enabled to use it
Torrent Tags Support: Added tags support for torrent injection. For qBittorrent, tags are used together with label. For Transmission, tags are used by default and override label; if tags is null, [label] is used as fallback

API Parameter Naming: The parameter infoHash in /api/webhook endpoint has been changed to infohash (BREAKING CHANGE: Update any scripts or documentation that reference the old parameter name)
Unified Logging Format: All logs now follow uvicorn style for consistency across the application
Retry Logic Refactoring: Refactored retry logic. The undownloaded_torrents table is no longer used and can be safely ignored

File Suffix Matching: Fixed suffix matching logic and improved search accuracy
rTorrent XML Security: Moved defusedxml monkey_patch to class initialization for better security handling
Deluge Timeout: Increased Deluge client timeout to 60 seconds to avoid timeout issues
Retry Undownloaded Torrents: Fixed an issue where file mapping information could not be obtained when retrying matched torrents that failed to download
