I'm a Software Development Technician student with knowledge in Testing QA (Jira, Test Monitor, Testmo), Front-End development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Databases (SQL, MySQL). I also have 7 years of experience in customer service, which has helped me develop strong communication, problem-solving, and query management skills. I’m comfortable working with tools like Git, Power BI, Trello, and Notion, and I’m familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum.
