This PR updates Radiuss Spack Configs, Uberenv and the CI config to use [email protected].
The commit for the spack-package repository is pinned in the radiuss-spack-configs shared environment.
Gitlab CI was updated too with an improved machine toggle mechanism: e.g. switch off lassen by setting
ON_LASSENtoOFFin the Gitlab UI variables for the project (or the group).A follow up PR with switch OFF lassen for good. But I wanted to demo first that lassen tests pass with spack v1.
TODO before merging:
