Avoid multiple calls to array_key_exists and avoid many useless calls to isResolvable()
Merge it in MethodDefinition, this is much simpler and means one less file to load.

One less class/file (which was useless since 5.0), some code paths have been greatly optimized (especially with large object graphs) avoiding unnecessary calls.
