Fix IOMaps on EPS A and B.

 - A: add MOSI to input pullup table
 - A: removed mux enable signal
 - removed output busy signal on Serial RX line
 - moved initialisation to input pullup at the very first thing at bootup
 - unit tests for checking if all pins are in known state after bootup and first iterations of software
