v0.3.0: Improved handling of Fortran parsing

Fortran module files generated during parsing by the instrumentor
are give an extension of .saltmod so as they do not clash with modules generated
when compiling with a different compiler.
Use TAU > 2.34 (currently master branch) for best results

SALT-FM v0.2.0

Fortran support, along with C/C++ for automatic source based instrumentation.
To use SALT with TAU, after installing SALT and it's on your path,
you can simply call the TAU compiler wrappers with the `-optSaltInst` option.
