I'm a Software Engineer passionate about developing for Apple platforms. Before I was a programmer, I taught science of all different grade levels! Coding used to be my hobby, and I loved teaching after-school students programming when they were bored. During the pandemic, I realized I really wanted to make my hobby my job. So I buckled down and achieved a second bachelors in Information Technology and several programming certificates! Currently I work for Approachable Geek to build beautiful mobile and web applications, and I use my free time to build apps in Swift using Xcode. My daily workflow includes programming using Test-Driven Development and maintaining a CI/CD workflow using git and GitHub. I'm known on my current team for getting up to speed quickly, excellent organization skills, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication. I thrive in a collaborative environment and love to make products that positively impact the world.
