Not calling preventDefault for touchStart events. It breaks scrolling on Androids big time.

This should fix the android scroll-while-finger-is-on-screen issue. PDing
touchmovesmakes sense on Androids but I don't thinktouchstarts should ever be preventDefault'ed.
