Bluethooth Low Energy Scanning Using Node.JS

An extremely simple BLE scanner implementation, using bleno@npm:@abandonware/bleno.

Currently using this software to count/track individuals utilizing their bluetooth address, this is useful to count how many individuals pass/stop by a particular location.
