This reverts commit bfb1d84.
ktor 3.2 新的缓存机制导致部分过大的响应无法成功获取，不设置 ContentEncoding 可成功获取但又会导致另一些请求失败。可以通过更改单个请求的代码禁用缓存，但需要修改每一个请求实属不妥，在找到更好的解决方法前先回退版本到 3.1
