kansas: Refactor current board setup

Both the Huawei Y5 2019 and the Honor 8A are essentially the
same device, so we can advertise support for both models.

Additionally, fix the incorrect addresses for the FBLOCK and
USRLOCK states, document all existing patches, and introduce
a new patch to remove the unattractive FASTBOOT screen.
