Parking this here for now. Don't want to switch this over just yet in case it slows down the builds too much, but want to have it ready to go when the runner disappears. |
The `macos-13` runner is [going away][] in November, and the newer Intel macOS runners are all paid 'larger' runners. [going away]: https://github.blog/changelog/2025-07-11-upcoming-changes-to-macos-hosted-runners-macos-latest-migration-and-xcode-support-policy-updates/#macos-13-is-closing-down

The `macos-13` runner is [going away soon][]. Eventually (2027), this one will too, and I'll have to look at merging #133 to switch to Rosetta 2. But this should keep things working for now.
