This pull request adds scripts that can be run interactively to test SOAP on FLAMINGO on Cosma8. They use the --halo-ids parameter to process just a few halos in a small part of the L1000N1800 simulation box using a single core and run in a couple of minutes. They can also be used to run in the debugger: just replace
python3withpython3 -m pdb.I've also added some halo matching scripts which were missing from the SWIFTSIM/SOAP repository.
