👋 Hi, I'm Bastian MONNIN

I’m currently looking for a work-study opportunity (alternance) to complete my Master’s degree and dive deeper into the technical side of development. I love understanding how things work, experimenting with new ideas, and always learning something valuable from the process.

I’ve had the chance to work with technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, MongoDB, MySQL, PHP, CSS, and SCSS. What truly motivates me is bringing my ideas to life—from concept to final product—and watching them evolve over time.

Right now, I’m working on a project called SecuriCarte, a platform that aims to map and document acts of violence experienced in a city. For this project, I chose Angular and NestJS to build a more structured, scalable, and maintainable architecture.

Outside of development, I’m passionate about sports. I enjoy pushing myself and giving my best: I play handball in a club, do strength training, and go running whenever I feel motivated.

I’m also actively improving my English. I’m currently around B1 level and aiming to reach B2+ / C1.
