• Designed a hybrid evaluation system combining deterministic ATS logic with LLM-based qualitative analysis for reliable and explainable results.
• Implemented features including resume bullet rewriting, skill roadmap generation, active job link recommendations, and downloadable PDF reports.
• Deployed the application on Streamlit Cloud with production-grade error handling, API rate-limit resilience, and secure environment variable management.
