Bumped package version again.

Forgot to compile code before pushing new package to NPM last time. :\

Added `AsyncIterator` and made large updates to project documentation.

Added documentation and #getIterableIterator method.

Also modified return type of base #next method.

Renamed most files to more general names (import friendly).

Also slightly updated readme.

Still trying to figure out this whole NPM thing I guess.
