The tool can be used to compute the Condorcet Ranking with Copeland's method quickly, if the number of options are very high.

You'll need Rust, with a properly working cargo:

cargo install --git [email protected]:TCP-Lab/kondorcet.git

You can now use kondorcet. Start with kondorcet --help.
