Summary

render YouTube embeds from youtube-nocookie.com and add the recommended iframe attributes
update the youtube parser and helper detection to recognize the new domain
broaden YouTube tag parsing and specs to cover nocookie embeds and required attributes

Testing

bundle exec rspec spec/liquid_tags/youtube_tag_spec.rb spec/liquid_tags/unified_embed/registry_spec.rb (fails: bundler could not find the rspec executable)
