LiquiDOS Revision 2 (Lots of changes)

Lots of new changes and bug fixes:
- Kernel is now mapped to the last GB of RAM!
- Rewrote everything to support a higher-half kernel
- Builtin command line now supports args
- Lots of VFS bug fixes
- Completly rewrote physical memory manager
Still to come: int 0x3 debug option
And also tasking is about to be implemented in the next rewrite!
