Code as reflected in RATT dir that was hosted on Companion. I intend to separate them into their respective repos for ongoing development

Differences:

  • More config files
  • tweak to main.ratt.pl in condition on line 244 (all other changes in script are white-space)
  • start shell script

This is the old name of what is now the ratt executable. I compared the two and most of the differences between them are whitespace, but it looks like your version wasn't based on T. Otto's latest since it excludes the Pacbio parameter set from e8efc9d

edit: it actually includes it but is missing the "PacbioG", but that might have been some inadvertently copied code in the main branch.
