Now featuring a modern Streamlit web app for browsing, searching, and filtering workouts! This repository is strictly for storing and sharing workout ideas, not for logging completed workouts or tracking personal fitness history.

- Install dependencies (preferably in a virtual environment):
pip install -r requirements.txt
- Run the app:
streamlit run main.py
- Open your browser to the URL shown (usually http://localhost:8501)
- Enhanced Card Layout: Workouts are displayed in visually distinct cards with rounded corners, subtle shadows, and clear sectioning for title, metadata, workout steps, scaling, and notes.
- Readable Workout Steps: Exercises are formatted as bulleted or numbered lists for easy scanning.

We welcome new workout ideas! Here's how to contribute:
- Choose the right category - Add your idea as a new file in the appropriate directory under
ideas/
- Create a new file - Name it descriptively (e.g.,
my-awesome-workout.md
) in the category folder - Follow the format - Use the existing format for consistency:
