Update integration tests to check a few additional things:

• Check full workflow flow of continuous individual dataset
• Check full workflow flow of nested dichotomous dataset
• Check full workflow flow of multitumor dataset

Load existing data from the database using the 1.1 version of the schema and make sure we can properly load all edit and read-only views.

In addition:

• Use the new API for importing the Multitumor model.
• Add new validation check that BMD Desktop database config contains no duplicate files or names
