Added simple reference tables to extdata folder and sysdata.rda file. Then created function to update sysdata.rda from raw data, as well as functions to use the reference tables in sysdata.rda.

I just learned something new -- the person who creates the pull request cannot be the one to approve the request (which is what I intended to do for this request). Therefore, it's best practice to always assign a reviewer and get in touch with them if its urgent/time sensitive. |
