Add full support for Counter-Strike 2

Migrate /steam to the official Steam API & bump version

/minecraft now uses Mojang API due to old API shutting down

Fix lookup cache for app id's not present on vauff.com & bump version

Fix server tracking sometimes failing when a map image can't be found

Cache map image lookups after they happen, bit expensive in bulk

Ensure dynamic button labels don't go past 80 characters (Discord limit)

Remove code for legacy commands & WIP help port to slash command

Send a one-time prompt about slash commands when using legacy commands

Temporary fix for old server tracking scheduler

The load issue needs a fix now, and the rewrite will still take a fair bit of work
