The CTSM repository was forked from https://github.com/ESCOMP/CTSM. The CLM version used in the regional (Alaska and Western Canada) data assimilation, PPE.n01_ctsm5.1.dev012, is a developing version of CLM5.1 and was slightly modified to comply with the purpose of data assimilation.
