What are changes related to ?
revert changed with verification
( if user is already declared, if a token key is registered in the sharedPref )
Depending of thoses check redirect the user.
This code revert allow to solve the bug where the user avatar wasn't correctly displayed in the teams summary page section
And the declaration summary page was automatically skipped
