Description

What are changes related to ?

We have previously added a daily reminder by native code:
feat(android_notif): Add daily notification in android platform and set the option in profile view #1380
feat(IOS_notification): create IOS local notification, and flutter channel to enable or disable them #1381
Here we improve the work on these two pull requests and add the ability to enable or disable the notification in the profile view.
We also make different calls from native to flutter and from flutter to native to ensure consistency of each data item regarding activation or permission to send a notification.
