Release 1.5.0

Please kindly build the project by yourself with this specific commit
based on this release. We will maintain releasing a new version via this
section (Releases section on Github) :)

Changes
- Support xcode 9.2+, and installable on iOS 11. Fix cert error.

    Now it's buildable with pod version 1.3.1, and xcode 9.2+ in which it
    can be installed on your iOS 11.2+. As part of achieving this is to
    update RealmSwift to latest minor version of major version 2 which is
    2.10.2 now. Note, the project is not compatible with RealmSwift version
    3.

    For certificate error, fixed issue related to ShadowsocksR-Live#48. Due to the main app also needs to have
    those same "Network Extensions" as appeared in app's extensions.
