Personal home-ops repo for my homelab. This repository tracks my Kubernetes and supporting infrastructure as code.

• GitOps config lives under k8s/ (Flux bootstrap, cluster/global config, apps, and reusable components)
• Talos cluster configuration is in talos/
• truenas/ contains TrueNAS-related assets
• Task automation is defined in Taskfile.yaml and .taskfiles/

This homelab is fully L3 routed. Cluster nodes are not on a shared L2 domain.

Loopbacks live in 10.254.254.0/24 and are carved by role:

• 10.254.254.0/26: L3 switches
• 10.254.254.64/26: Hypervisors / routers
• 10.254.254.128/26: Kubernetes nodes
• 10.254.254.192/26: Reserved / future
