* Merge from r317 (oh god it was so clean!)
* Air control calculations do not account for recon planes any more.
* Fix for ships disappearing when you remove equipment.
* Fix for ships that are swapped between fleets not updating.
* All ships should now be translated. If they are not for you, please delete the config folder!
