Hello I followed the command in the attention visualization .ipynb for 4096 individual (not concatenated). I am noticing that on the raw image there are some discolorations but it is not across the entire image.

Here I've set alpha=0, therefore the attention map should be transparent, but we still see some green. I am wondering what this is and if it a pixel level attention? Not sure if it is noteworthy but I am running this on a 40X magnification level image.
