Did you forget to include everything in the folder Qtcord-Windows? Dependencies are stored in there.

Updated workflow to generate the dmg file for macOS and a zipped exe file for Windows. This was inspired by https://github.com/mq1/TinyWiiBackupManager/blob/0.3.8/.github/workflows/release.yml
