Standalone razor / json based web server for designers

WARNING This is very much still WIP!

• Create view models on the fly
• Create YSOD screen for when errors occur
• Setup better error messages
• Fix issues with razor engine not locating layouts relatively (workaround applied)
• Test razor implementation
• Create standard helper methods
• Add partials support
• Get razor template cache to expire on razor file change
