This makes picking up an environment variable a lot more simple. This pattern can become a potential candidate for both NATS and S3 configs. It will greatly simplify and reduce the variables in configuration file.

This PR will allow using commodity, free and open-source WebDAV servers to be used as snapshotting mechanism.
