Fixed an issue where wellness check for storage could not handle multi-part domain names

New version - updated database space report and official release of windows update tool

Added in Install_Windows_Updates tool so people can try it out. It is currently in Pre-Release form. Fixed minor issue where progress bar wasn't showing until after the first node was completed.

Initial release to Microsoft GitHub account. Includes wellness checks and various other tools included in the readme.
