This pull request merges changes made for developing support for proofs of temporal properties with temporal prophecy. Currently proving temporal properties with temporal prophecy works (with ivy1.6 syntax), and examples are included in examples/liveness.
After merging this, we should port temporal properties to ivy1.7 syntax, and also add support for using temporal properties, not just proving them.
An unrelated feature improvement is support for setting a random seed with
seed=r|rand|random.This pull request also incorporates an old commit I had that added examples to examples/pldi16 that were missing from the repository.
