This PR moves image-related documentation (including GroupChannels and
InterleaveChannels) to a dedicated page, improving the organization of the
data loading documentation.
The CSV headers example mentioned in #4053 appears to already be fixed
upstream, so this PR focuses on the remaining documentation restructuring.
