NovaRS is a GNSS station controlling software. NovaRS supports NovAtel receivers based at OEMV3 cards (IGS designation NOV OEMV3).

NovaRS is used to collect the GNSS data from Ukrainian Permanent GNSS Network (http://gnss.mao.kiev.ua/). Early NovaRS versions were created at the Main Astronomical Observatory (MAO) of NAS Ukraine.
