SpinLockTests.LockUnicityTest is 10x slower on Mojave CI bots than Sierra #12363
Description
Steps to Reproduce
- Run SpinLockTests.LockUnicityTest on Mojave, e.g. via
make -C mcs/class/corlib FIXTURE=MonoTests.System.Threading.SpinLockTests
Current Behavior
The test takes 20mins on the new Mojave CI bots.
Expected Behavior
The test takes ~2mins on the older Sierra CI bots.
